Quick answers
- Do I need an account? No. There is nothing to sign in to.
- My favourites are not on my other device. iPhone: turn on iCloud sync in Settings on both devices. Android has a backup only, restored when you set up a new phone; there is no live sync.
- A station does not play. Some stations change or drop their address. Try another stream of the same station, or search again and re-add it.
- Weak signal message. On mobile data the app waits for a 4G or 5G connection before streaming (3G is too slow); Wi-Fi is always fine. Downloaded podcast episodes do not need a connection.
- A podcast is missing. Search uses Apple's public podcast directory. Some shows are not listed there.
- CarPlay. CarPlay shows your radio stations and downloaded podcast episodes. To be able to play podcasts offline, please download podcast episodes on the phone first, while you are online.
- Where is my data? On your device, and in your own iCloud or Android backup if you turned that on. See the privacy policy.
- Song identification uses Apple's Shazam (ShazamKit) on what the app is playing, on both iPhone and Android. It does not use the microphone.
- Station owners. See the takedown page.
